Our client is looking to appoint a Resourcing Specialist to be accountable for the following:
* Contribute to the development of company wide processes for manpower and succession planning
* Manage the Corporate succession database and tools
* Develop analysis of manpower and succession issues by key groups and levels in and across the business in order to plan resourcing and business plans
* Use analyses depicting relevant trends and needs to highlight issues (such as succession shortfalls, skills gaps, etc.)
* Input in to the development of relevant policies for resourcing
* Effective database management to enable consistent quality resource data

Furthermore the Resourcing Specialist will have the following Essential Skills and Experience:
* Advanced strategic planning and analytical reasoning skills.
* Advanced Microsoft office and in particular excel skills.
* Influencing, negotiation and relationship building skills.
* Previous experience of successful succession and manpower planning

Desirable:
* Educated to degree level
