Resourcing Partner- Compliance

COMPLIANCE RESOURCING PARTNER - 6 MONTH CONTRACT

My client is a leading financial institution seeking a Resourcing Partner to focus on their recruitment for all compliance roles. This will be a 6 month contract to support a large volume of compliance roles the organisation expects to hire in the first 6 months of 2016.

You will be need to be highly credible, liaising with the compliance business heads advising them on appropriate resourcing strategies to optimise success for hiring top talent. You will be able to provide an overview of the talent operating within the compliance space and build successful campaigns to attract top talent to the organisation. You will be expected to devise blended campaigns sourcing through direct channels and engaging with appropriate 3rd parties where required.

Experience required:

- Extensive recruitment and resourcing experience, A large proportion of which of which must be within the compliance space either in-house, on-site or via a 3rd party
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience of running successful talent attraction campaign
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions effectively
- High level organisation skills
