DAILY RATE: Dependent on experience - £150-200
DURATION: 3 Month Initial Contract
LOCATION: Reading

To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to:
- Take a vacancy brief from hiring manager to understand the vacancy and candidate specification in detail
- Where relevant, challenge the manager on specified candidate criteria
- Liaise with internal HR stakeholders to address potential barriers to hiring
- Provide insight into the candidate market, including sources of candidates, location specific knowledge, and activity of key competitors that impact the ability to source
- Agree sourcing strategy for each vacancy to include direct sourcing, relevant job boards etc.
- Create engaging job adverts to attract the right candidates
- Agree sifting criteria with Hiring Manager and screen applicants prior to Hiring Manager review.
- Coach and challenge managers on final shortlisting and selection
- Define and design the selection methodology
- Coach managers on best practice Resourcing and Selection Methodology
- Manage the offer negotiation process to conclusion, liaising with HRBP, OD and Reward as necessary
- Identifying and contributing to continuous improvements in the resourcing process
- Where relevant, recommend changes to PSL
We need you to bring:
- Significant experience in a fast paced resourcing team delivering full life cycle recruitment across a variety of disciplines
- Ability to balance priorities and hiring manager expectations
- Experience in competency based interviewing and assessment centre design
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and good knowledge of MS Office
