Thales in house Resourcing team is well established and proactive centre of excellence (COE) which exists to provide innovate and strategic support to recruitment, candidate attraction and talent management. The Resourcing COE is accountable to each Thales UK Business Unit and the UK Management Board for the timeliness, cost and quality of all resourcing requirements within the UK ensuring that organisation has the right people, in the right place, at the right time to execute its strategy.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Operations Coordinator will act as robust support in the execution and delivery of administration and coordination of key processes and tools such as
scheduling interviews, acting as a key point of contact for internal and external customers and also supporting with ad hoc reporting requirements.

This is a unique role for a highly organised and proactive administrator which will provide continual variation within a dynamic operational function; this is a fantastic opportunity for a conscientious and hard working individual looking for a fast paced and rewarding position.

Key/Responsibilities/Tasks for the Operations Coordinator:

Schedule interviews relating to the graduate and internship programmes, including complex assessment centres
Issue online testing to candidates and input the results into the system once completed
Collate feedback and scoring packs submitted following Assessment Centres and ensure they are uploaded on the system
Support the Head of Resourcing Operations in ensuring adherence to the resourcing team processes
Monitor and action calls received on the resourcing phone line
Monitor and action emails received in the resourcing inbox
Co-ordinate requests for reporting, data and analysis received from the business via Resourcing Managers, Resourcing Business Partners and internal requests from the Head of Resourcing Delivery, Head of Contingent Resourcing and Director of Emerging Talent COE and Director of Resourcing

Skills, experience & qualifications required:

Essential

Proven team co-ordination skills within a large, complex corporate environment
Able to positively influence at all levels of an organisation, and to develop valued relationships with Managers and Candidates alike
Personal powers of resilience and tenacity including the ability to prioritise in a multi faceted role.
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Desirable

Previous experience in an in-house resourcing team, or a recruitment agency environment
Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System would be useful, but training will be given
