Our client a well known private sector organisation based in Hampshire have an urgent requirement for an interim Resourcing Manager/Consultant to review and implement the existing employee resourcing process as well as relevant policy's and procedures.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience of designing and implementing resourcing and on-boarding processes and procedures that deliver the desired business outcomes
- Wide knowledge of recruitment and selection methodologies with BPS qualification an advantage
- Experience of global resourcing and the needs of an international workforce
