The Resourcing Manager is responsible for defining and delivering the resourcing strategy to ensure new hires have the best knowledge, capabilities and skills to drive our clients online business.

You will champion resourcing best practice eg candidate attraction, quality selection, succession planning, fairness and consistency, and process automation. The end result will be an exceptional candidate experience, which allows line managers to select the right people, in the right place at the right time.

Candidate Profile
Experience managing the end to end recruitment process either internal or agency side

Digital and online recruitment experience

A proven track record in delivering excellent customer satisfaction throughout the recruitment process

A strong working knowledge of recruitment best practice

The ability to work cross functionally in a diverse and innovative environment

Strong stakeholder management skills are a must. In-house recruitment experience is not necessarily required however solid experience of digital/online recruitment is essential.

This will be an initial 3 - 6 month contract with potential to run longer for the right individual with a client who can offer unrivaled career opportunities.
