ASSOCIATE RESOURCING & DELEGATE SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR - MORETON-IN-MARSH - 12 MONTH FIXED-TERM CONTRACT

Capita Justice and Secure Services provide numerous solutions to blue light services including The Fire Service College.

Fire Service College are an award-winning leader in fire and emergency response training and one of the world's largest operational fire and rescue training facilities.

An opportunity has arisen for a Administrator to join the existing team in Moreton-in-Marsh. The key aspects of this role are to ensure the efficient and effective daily coordination and delivery of training through the booking of associate contractors to assist the training delivery and programme and planning department.

Additionally, the purpose of the role is to assist and co-ordinate course administration of delegates prior to and during attendance of courses and events as part of the delegate admin team.

Main duties Include:
* Responsible for the proactive resourcing and allocation of associate contractors to specific times and locations, in accordance with the relevant time tables/event requirements and competencies

* Administration and booking of delegates on relevant events in accordance with the delegate booking process using the Course Booker IT system

* Process customer requirements prior, during and after attendance on courses and events

* Maintain flexibility, pro-activity and professionalism at all times, working in accordance with the Fire Service College operational policies and procedures

* Provide effective support to your team colleagues, working with them to provide clarity of information and to be proactive in the resolution of problems

* Communicate with customers and associate contractors as required using a high standard of customer service skills

* Ensure clean lines of communication between teams, managing the demands of both areas to ensure co-ordination and resilience.

ESSENTIAL:

Experience of working accurately under the pressure of tight deadlines and multi-tasking

Demonstrate a strong aptitude for problem solving

Demonstrate a strong sense of customer service

Possess a high level of general IT Literacy

DESIRED:

Experience of working in a busy office environment.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

Recognise and act on priorities using a strong sense of initiative.

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Ability to work well as part of a team
