I have an excellent opportunity for a Resourcing Business Partner to work for a major company based in Warwick.

Job Purpose

To oversee and undertake the effective and timely provision of resourcing services to the relevant businesses in to create a positive image for the company as an employer.

Key Accountabilities
* Campaign management: Manage recruitment campaigns in a timely and effective manner to provide a strong field of candidates and optimum final appointments
* Talent Pipeline: Work with management in the allocated Business Areas to analyse and understand resourcing needs and build talent pipeline for the business areas making recruitment a more strategic process and minimise fire fighting.
* Vendor management: Manage the relationships and contracts with external providers to ensue providers deliver services as specified in a timely and efficient manner
* Management Information:Create and maintain Management Information with respect to resourcing in the allocated business areas.
* Sourcing and Selection Strategies:Advise the recruiting manager of sourcing and selection strategies to optimise the process for the allocated business areas and contribute to overall resourcing process enhancement for NG.
* Maintenance of ATS:Ensure the ATS is effectively maintained, that candidate data is entered and updated in a timely manner and that the system provides optimal support to the resourcing process.
* Budgets: Monitor and track budgets to ensure expenditure is in line and that financial resources are optimally deployed.
* Employer Branding: Represent the company in the external market and promote the Company as an employer of choice to key classes of potential candidates and associated institutions such as schools colleges and universities, to ensure good numbers of high calibre applicants come forward seeking positions in the Company
* Competitor and Market Analysis: Regularly analyse the recruitment market and maintain a watchingbriefover the activities of key competitors for talent, and report to management to ensure they maintain a competitive edge when sourcing talent
* Metrics and KPIs: Be clear on the Metrics and KPIs for the area of responsibility, ensure these are achieved and foster and support the process of continuous improvement.
* Internal Relationships: Work effectively with the related teams and key customers such as HRBPs to avoid duplications and ensure a seamless working of the Resourcing Process and seamless inter connectivity.

Knowledge, Experience:
* Knowledge of recruitment processes
* Knowledge of assessment and selection processes
* Knowledge of sourcing and attraction
* In-depth knowledge of using an ATS
* Employment legislation knowledge
* Stakeholder management skills
* Campaign management skills
