I'm looking for an experienced resourcing business partner to join a large internal recruitment function. Working on delivering staff in to my client's Branch network, you will ideally have experience of recruiting sales led insurance staff UK wide. The role is one that is very relationship management focused, engaging and networking with internal stakeholders and delivering against recruitment needs/requirements. You will have the ability to guide stakeholders through selection processes. The role is based in Bolton with some UK travel (approx. 1 day per week). If your experience is not in Insurance, but you have experience of recruiting in a heavily regulated business (FCA or similar) I'd still be keen to speak.
The role is paying £200 per day (flex for the right person) for a duration of 6 months.
