RESOURCING ASSISTANT - RECRUITMENT - BUSINESS CHANGE - RETAIL BANKING

A leading Retail Bank based in London is seeking a RESOURCING ASSISTANT to work on a complex project, which offers the opportunity to work with senior level professionals in a highly respected organisation.

The purpose of the role is for a Resourcing Assistant is to provide support in recruitment activities across an exciting portfolio of online projects, spanning mobile apps and browser solutions. An opportunity exists to be part of an exciting digital programme, offering a unique experience within the Bank.

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills within recruitment:

Experience of working in an in-house resourcing team

Experience of producing resourcing MI and reports

Experience of using an in-house recruitment system
