Resourcing Advisor urgently needed for a project to be based in Derby working for a Global Engineering Organisation, The role will be for an initial 6 months contract and paying very good daily rates, Please see the position details below-Qualifying roles with Hiring manager,
Short-listing CVs,
Putting together approval paperwork for upcoming vacancies,
Managing adverts
Giving feedback to candidates
Putting together interview questions
Speaking with hiring managers throughout the process
May sometimes help and support with interviews when needed
Hold skills at stakeholder level
Work with the redeployment process - working closely with the HR consultants and business partners
