My client is looking for an In-House Recruiter to act as a Resourcing Adviser to support the resourcing team as demand grows. The In-House Recruiter/Resourcing Adviser will provide specialist recruitment advise on recruitment and selection issues throughout the entire recruitment life cycle. Therefore you will need to have worked in a high volume recruitment environment 30 + jobs concurrently
Essential Skills
Recruiter experience- preferably in house environment
Experience of meeting challenging deadlines in a volume orientated resourcing/recruiting environment
Good level of knowledge of recruitment and sourcing best practice
Strong stakeholder management skills
Experience of working as part of a team in a client-focused environment.
Strong organisational/process management skills.
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Knowledge of relevant employment law and the employment market place.
SHL Qualified
