ONSITE RESOURCER/SOURCING SPECIALIST - BELFAST - 3 MONTHS

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Capita's most important client's onsite on an interim contract as a RESOURCER/SOURCING SPECIALIST for the BBC in Belfast.

We are looking for an experienced RESOURCER/SOURCING SPECIALIST to play an integral part in the business, providing administrative and recruitment support to a team of Recruitment Consultants based onsite with the BBC in Belfast. You will support in a number of duties ranging across the full end to end recruitment life cycle and be responsible for representing Capita while working closely with one of our key clients.

TO BE CONSIDERED, IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Experience of working within the recruitment industry
- Experience with Direct Sourcing strategies, including job boards, aggregators and LinkedIn
- Experience in head-hunting and strategic Talent Acquisition
- Experience of working to tight deadlines in a fast moving environment
- Ability to communicate and influence at all levels
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

Preferably, the successful candidate will have experience of the Managed Service area or in an RPO function and have experience working within the IT sector.
