you will be proven administrator, preferably with resoursing/recruitment experience
Must be able to build strong business relationships, demonstrate resilience and be able to plan within time pressures. Enthusiasm and focus to get the job done are essential
Knowledge/experience of the engineering market is preferable as is the ability to manage large admin projects
Manage the day to day admin needs
Work with recruiting managers to deliver current recruitment needs and to build sourcing plans
Support other team members in delivery of high volume of hires
Maintain the system
Produce appropriate KPIs and metrics
