Resourcer - Administrator

INTERNAL RESOURCER

- FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED

JOB PURPOSE

To effectively manage all day to day tasks and general administration matters as well as contributing to ensuring that the team reaches their targets by completing all projects on time.

PLACE OF WORK

DAILY DUTIES

- Be committed to the success of your team and therefore the company as a whole.
- Take and log phone calls, post and email enquiries from candidates.
- Process and submit enquiries back to team within timescales set primarily by the Recruitment Manager.
- Follow up referrals and pass on details to the relevant consultant.
- Update the database
- Email and call candidates with information regarding relevant vacancies.
- Place jobs online and call candidates from database.
- Meet relevant candidates and interview accordantly.
- Once a candidate has been submitted to a client ensure they are fully prepared for interview.
- On Site Client liaison.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Additional duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following;

- Company marketing.
- Attend On Site Team meetings, when instructed by the Recruitment Manager.
- Attend team meetings and track your desk's progress.
- Must be capable, and willing to work after hours if work is needed to be completed.

Your performance will be assessed by your general adherence to company policy, including the following criteria;

- Timekeeping.
- Time on the phone.
- General Appearance.
- Interface with candidates.
- Sickness/Absence.
- Disciplinary Record.
- Attitude to QA.
- Damage to equipment.
- Working relationship with managers and all other employees.
