We're looking for an experienced IT Resourcer. Someone who has previous Recruitment exp. to join a very successful IT division. This position is a fixed term 9 month maternity cover. Basic salary plus attractive bonus scheme.

THE ROLE:

- Sourcing suitable candidates using the internal database, job boards and referrals.
- Acknowledge and respond to candidate applications.
- Pre-screen candidates through initial telephone conversations.
- Format CV's to the company standard so that they can be sent on to clients.
- Arrange interviews on behalf of the consultants.
- Take interview feedback.
- Maintain relationships, through consistent contact with candidates
- Updating the internal database for clients, candidates and vacancies.
- Creating effective job adverts and posting them on the relevant job boards.
