- Resource up to senior level candidates
- Negotiate Rates/Salaries
- Maintain a high level of candidate control
- Maintain a high level of vacancy control
- Candidate phone screening for vacancy suitability
- Responsible for proactively searching, selecting and profiling suitable candidates from the database
- Responsible for assisting Recruiters in resourcing job requirements.
- Responsible for applicant database and CV management.
- Responsible for working with the Recruiters to achieve team and personal objectives against agreed KPI's.
- Demonstrate a commitment to contractor care and applicant database development.
- Build and develop strong relationships with the On Site Client Relationship Managers,
- Ensure all roles are advertised on the appropriate websites
- Screen and short-list CVs for all vacancies, improving the CVs to Interview to Hire ratios quarter on quarter
- Organise interviews, ensuring that all candidates are fully briefed about the role and location prior to meeting with the Client
- Ensure that the Lead Recruiter is aware of all live vacancies and the status of each, escalating any hard to fill or issues to them for assistance
- Ensure that the candidate experience in applying for a role at the client exceeds their expectations
- Provide detailed and timely feedback after CV submission and interviews
