Resource & Workforce Planning Manager Croydon with travel to London and other if required The Resource Management function within this client needs to be rationalised and organisational design work detailed to develop an effective structure to deliver BAU and Capability and Capacity strategy is in progress. We require an individual to step in to the Resourcing and Workforce Planning role The postholder will be required to oversee the smooth running of the department, working across the recruitment, resource management and workforce planning areas, identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement. Line management Planning Stakeholder management Project delivery Reporting and performance management Recruitment Centralisation of all IT CCLs Support the rationalisation of the RTP and PO processes required for the ongoing management of a centralised CCL group Development of a single headcount master to track all CCL and permanent staff that is used by all IT groups Develop and oversee the IT CCL reduction plan Recruitment and on-boarding of replacement civil servants to the roles of Resourcing manager and Workforce Planning manager Define and embed a Resource Management function to include Resourcing, Workforce Planning and IT Recruitment
