GLOBAL RESOURCE CAPABILITY LEAD
Our Global client are currently recruiting for a Resource, Capability and Strategy lead on a contract basis for 6 months initially.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Define the Resource Strategy
- Map out the roadmap and identify any gaps and challenges in line with the overall Strategy.
Deliver change project portfolio with specific reference to;
- Location Strategy
- Internal skills mapping
- Insourcing strategy
- Capacity Building/Training
- Launch project improvement initiatives.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED;
- Experience delivering organisational/capability change
- Business Analysis/Project Skills
- Stakeholder Management experience
- Previous Global experience required.
- Delivery of large scale programmes.
