Resource/Recruitment Manager needed to work as part of an Onsite Team to manage the resourcing requirements and liaise with resource requestors to understand roles while speaking directly with key stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
- Resourcing Experience
- Competent with Microsoft Excel
- Establish relationships with Stakeholders
- Able to establish charge rates and margins
- Coordinate with Centralised Resourcing Team
