Portfolio Analyst - Resource Analyst - EPM - Energy - Utilities industry

Our client, a leading energy company, requires a Resource/Portfolio Analyst to join their team in Gloucester on a contract basis. The successful candidate will deliver a competent resource planning service for the Generation IT Projects team, along with providing support to the pipeline planning process and work as a member of the Portfolio office team to support projects with their governance and controls

Experience:

- Extensive Portfolio office experience
- Experience maintaining professional relationships with resource suppliers and working with 3rd party partners, Project Managers, Business Analysts and Architect
- Experience ensuring EPM is maintained with accurate resource information and working with SAP Accounts
- Experience ensuring that resources are ready to start work and being the point of contact for external recruitment contract resource
- Experience supporting team members with Portfolio Board Coordination, Project Assurance, Project Register maintenance, PPR Tool administration, SharePoint access and admin
- Experience working within the energy/utilities industry
