Resource/Portfolio Analyst

Our client, a leading Energy provider in the UK, is currently looking for a Portfolio Analyst to work on a rolling 3 month contract. This is an immediate requirement and is based in Barnwood, Gloucester. The objective of the Resource/Portfolio Analyst role is to deliver a competent resource planning service for a key IT Projects team within the business, along with providing support to the pipeline planning process. They will be responsible for ensuring that the maintenance and addition of contractor data for temporary resources, including data reconciliation, collation and reporting.

Duties & Responsibilities:
The Resource/Portfolio Analyst will work as a member of the Portfolio office team to support all projects with their governance and controls as required including, but not limited to, monthly reporting, ongoing maintenance of the Induction Pack, SharePoint support, EPM use, 3rd party engagement, vetting, system access, SQEP and training.

Skills & Experience:
The successful candidate will have proven knowledge and experience of working within a similar portfolio environment. You should be able to demonstrate excellent administrative skills and also be highly competent in Excel.
