Resource - Portfolio Analyst

My client a leading energy provider in the UK currently has an opening for a Portfolio Analyst. The objective of the Resource/Portfolio Analyst role is to deliver a competent resource planning service for a key IT Projects team within the business, along with providing support to the pipeline planning process. They will be responsible for ensuring that the maintenance and addition of contractor data for temporary resources, including data reconciliation, collation and reporting.

The Resource/Portfolio Analyst will work as a member of the Portfolio office team to support all projects with their governance and controls as required including, but not limited to, monthly reporting, ongoing maintenance of the Induction Pack, SharePoint support, EPM use, 3rd party engagement, vetting, system access, SQEP and training.

The person required should come with proven knowledge and experience within a similar environments. You should be able to demonstrate excellent administrative skills and also be highly competent in Excel.
