An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Resource Planning Specialist to work in Manchester on a 6 month contract role with a daily rate of £300 - £400.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
- Advising Operations Managers of recruitment profiles, holiday booking processes and working patterns.
- Meeting long term and short term staff.
- Forecasting resources and workload across the business.
- Reporting and collating information.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Experience of forecasting methods and regression analysis across front and back offices.
- Resource planning.
- Experience of leading a team.
- Able to manage financial and operational goals.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
