Resource Planning Manager, up to c.50k

My client a leading Global Law Firm based inCanaryWharfcurrently seeks a Resourcing Planning Manager 40-50k (plus excellent benefits).

This is a unique opportunity to join a successful firm in a brand new role and really add value to the business.

As a Resource Planning Manager your key deliverable will be to project manage the deployment of associates along a pipeline of work, constantly assessing and maximising profitability and meeting the development requirements of fee-earners.

In this pivotal and high profile role you will closely support the Partners and senior stakeholders across the business and HR in workforce planning, holding responsibility for 170 fee-earners across a number of different groups within the practice area.

This role will suit a credible, professional individual with a high attention to detail and the commercial acumen to quickly learn about the Legal sector.

The successful candidate will have worked in a similar role before handling high volume resource planning activities within a large Commercial/Professional Services Environment (ideally Partnership yet non-essential). In addition this individual will be astute at managing expectations and understanding business, client and associates' needs whilst balancing workloads for associates incorporating their career development goals where possible.
