Resource Planning Analyst (Clarity)

Resource Planning Analyst required by my large Utility client.

The purpose of this role is to use the Clarity PPM to provide Insight & analysis to key stakeholders on resource demand and capacity.
To collate and provide input for planning, prioritising, coordinating and allocating resources (time, effort and money).
To collate and provide appropriate commentary explaining movements within headcount etc that will feed into the suite of Resource Management reports.

Analyse demand inputs from Functional areas and Programme/Project Managers to allow creation of an end to end view of demand.

To collate and input key information from appropriate stakeholders to allow timely report production.

Ensure that all required information on staffing levels is provided to the Functional area(s) in accordance with agreed timescales as defined in service level agreements.

Upload appropriate documentation into the document library on a timely basis using the correct templates and ensuring completeness of documentation.

Key Knowledge & Skills required:

Resource & Demand management
Clarity PPM, specifically analysis, reporting and data structures
Strong Excel & Powerpoint skills

Experience of producing regular reporting pack for senior stakeholders

Strong analytical skills, specifically using Clarity PPM
Detailed knowledge of Resource Analysis & Management Reporting
Excellent presentational skills
Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable with interacting with senior stakeholders
