Resource Planning Analyst

A Resource Planning Analyst job in Liverpool paying £250 per day working for a global financial services company.

Your new company
You will be working for a British, multinational Banking and Financial Services company. It has operations in over 50 countries and has 48 million customers. Due to high volume of work, they are looking to fill a contract role for a Resource Planning Analyst to join them in their Liverpool office.

Your new role
You will be needed to support the delivery of Resource Planning within a large scale, multi-function contact centre. You will be working directly with Business Heads as a subject matter expert to support the delivery of customer service. You will be responsible for developing and building the capacity/operating plans and required inputs to the planning process linking in with Operational Heads of functions and teams.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have strong experience within resource planning with strong analytical capabilities and a high degree of numeracy. You should have an excellent understanding of Workforce Management and scheduling methodologies. You will have worked for a global organisation and will preferably have a contact centre background, although this is not essential.

What you'll get in return
You will get paid £250 per day on a weekly basis and you will be looked after on-site with regular visits from your Hays consultant.
