RESOURCE PLANNING ANALYST - (RESOURCE PLANNING/WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT/CONTACT CENTRES/IVR/TELEPHONY ROUTING/ICM/FINANCIAL SERVICES) - UP TO £300.00 PER DAY - 2 MONTHS - LIVERPOOL

My global financial services client requires an experienced Resource Planning Analyst to be the main engagement point between operations and other support areas for the resource planning team.

You will have a proven track record to provide support through a period of significant change. Pivotal role providing hands-on support and subject matter expertise to ensure delivery of the medium term plan alongside strategic change initiatives. Experience working within a Resource Planning function of a large-scale, virtual, multi-site contact centre operation. Knowledge and experience in relation to Workforce Management software & applications. Proven track record of interacting with, and influencing, senior business leaders within the operation. High level of analytical competency and modelling capability with experience of creating/building business models to influence decision-making. Ability to analyse large volumes of data, conduct root cause analysis and understand complex operating environments. Awareness/understanding of contact centre technology and infrastructure including ICM, IVR, telephony routing and MI/analytics applications.
