Resource Manager

This role will be the liaison between Platforms, Programs and Departments for Product, Technical Architecture, Development, Integration

- Experience with planning and estimating of multiple projects (at least 20);
- Strong people and relationship skills
- Assertive conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, transformational environment - ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease
- Ability to be diplomatic or firm when necessary in order to drive business forward or obtain results
- Highly detail/quality oriented
- Able to work autonomously, allowing the manager to “manage by exception”
- Ability to prioritize and organize workload across multiple groups
