Resource Manager required immediately for a 6 month contract based in Watford. Key focus will be on resourcing, new starter induction plans, training plans, equipment and system set up for new starters. You will maintain headcount spreadsheets, review sickness and absence trends. General admin related tasks including interpretation of data and information and presenting to Management team with conclusions and recommendations.

The ideal candidate would have the following
*Good communicator - written and oral at all levels
*Knowledge of Resourcing.
*Advanced PC skills in excel
*Organised, reliable, flexible and available for UK travel.
