OUR CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR AN HR RESOURCE MANAGER BASED IN ALDERSHOT TO COVER MATERNITY LEAVE FROM THE BEGINNING OF OCTOBER.

FLEXIBLE (ATTENDANCE REQUIRED 2-3 DAYS PER WEEK DURING THE FIRST 3-6 MONTHS)

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The HR Resource Manager is responsible for ensuring that the forecasting and scheduling of work for HR Operations is based on client requirements and the skills of the HR Operations team. They will provide a proactive service in resource planning and escalate trends and exceptions when necessary, ensuring compliance with the HR Statement of Work, internal procedures, employment legislation and SLAs.

They will also lead or assist with HR projects, providing a project office service, with regards to planning, tracking, and reporting status and progress, ensuring regular project reviews take place to monitor progress with key steak holders.
