Resource Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Resource Manager to work with one of our most prestigious clients. The role will require you control the day-to-day resourcing needs of our client as well as manage the relationships of both our on-site contractors and our key stakeholders. You will be supported by an internal resourcing team and you will ensure the team are accurately briefed on the nature of their requirements.

It will be down to you to conduct first interviews with all potential candidates and manage the recruitment process through to successful completion.

It is expected that you will come from a recruitment background, with a broad understanding of business transformation and IT resourcing and will have evidence of working in an on-site recruitment management role. You will already have outstanding client-facing skills, a highly professional approach and will be well versed in dealing with a variety of contract recruitment related queries.
