Resource Management Architect - AS-IS

RESOURCE MANAGEMENT ARCHITECT - AS-IS

We are currently looking for a Resource Management Architect with the following:

MUST HAVE:

- Implementation or Domain Knowledge of Resource Management System done at other customers locations..Not purely HR implementations
- Knowledge on typical telecom resource management Systems and Processes
- Knowledge on AS-IS landscape in Customer Resource Management Area
- Should be proficient in performing the business analysis and defining solutions and roadmaps in this area
- Ability to evaluate different platforms and technologies which fits with requirements
- Should have futuristic approach on the entire RM landscape with focus on architecting the solution

SHOULD BE ABLE TO:

- Understand the functional requirements mapping to the business needs
- Perform end-to-end system integration
- Understand the capacity and performance needs of the future system and ensure they are in place
- Use analytics in providing value to management

GOOD TO HAVE:

- Resource management domain knowledge
- Excellent communication and written skills to interact with Enterprise Architecture group in customer organization
