Resource Geologist - Perth

Skye Recruitment are sourcing for an experienced Resource Geologist to join a dynamic mining consultancy are progressing through an exciting phase and have a growing client book here in Australia and global

This position requires previous field experience to ensure strong geological input into resource models.

Your duties will include:

- Provide technical advice and mentoring to clients on resource matters
- Work with Principle to ensure resource reporting meets JORC standards
- Maintaining standards of QA/QC and data validation of development work
- Validation and geological evaluation of resource opportunities

You will have experience in:

- Proficiency with resource estimation software tools (Vulcan, Datamine, MineSight, etc.)
- High level numeracy and geostatistical skills
- Understanding of QA-QC requirements for drilling and underground programs
- Excellent communication together with strong technical report writing are also essential

Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you will need Tertiary geological qualifications and 3+ years experience in a similar role.
