FORECAST/PLANNING ANALYST - FINANCIAL SERVICES - EDINBURGH

The resouce/planning/forecasting analyst will be working in an operational call centre environment to ensure that there is sufficient operational resource to meet customer SLA's as well as ensuring planning analysis and resource schematics are produced in a timely and accurate manner.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- produce detailed and accurate operational forecasts that drive resource planning
- contact centre experience
- operational experience
- initiate cost effective resourcing
- prepare complex analysis in a transparent and simple manner
- challenge plan content where required and guide project managers
- ensure that all programme and project plans are updated on a regular basis and that QA MI reflects this
- planning workshops and regular plan governance meetings

Location: Edinburgh
Rate: £300 - £380 per day
Duration: 6 months
Start: ASAP
