An opportunity has arisen for a Resource Coordinator to join our team in Glasgow on an interim contract for 12months. The purpose of the role is to work as part of the Volume recruitment team to co-ordinate site specific resourcing in line with forecast and control all pre-employment vetting in line with client specific and Capita polices.

ACCOUNTABLE TO:

Senior Resourcer/Volume Resourcing Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Liaise with key stakeholders to agree resourcing requirements required.
- Co-ordinate on-site recruitment activity in line with agreed timescales.
- Liaise with CIR to build schedule for upcoming assessment centres.
- Promote the Refer a Friend scheme within operations.
- Ensure all assessment centres are resourced via operational staff or engagement with Capita Professional Development.
- Ensure facilities and resources are prepared.
- Co-ordinate all assessment centres, manage the wash up and take ownership of offers/declines.
- Take accountability for screening and vetting work ahead of all intakes via The Security Watchdog.
- Greet candidates on day one and ensure payroll readiness.
- Manage all Refer a Friend applications from initial CV acknowledgement and telephone pre-screen to first day check in and end of probation review.
- Liaise with Volume Team to ensure all assessments are supported across all contracts.
- To work alongside the Recruitment Admin and MI Analyst to ensure all data is inputted to produce accurate and relevant MI for key stakeholders.
- Ensure all resourcing procedures, assessment materials and guidelines in use are current and accurate using version control where appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, ethical and social requirements to build and maintain an excellent reputation for the Company

SKILLS/EXPERIANCE:

- Previous recruitment experience either in house or within a commercial environment.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Ability to manage own workload.
- Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders across a number of levels

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIANCE:

- Experience in a regulated business.
- Experience of high volume recruitment.
