Resource Co-Ordinator

JOB PURPOSE:

Provide DBU Product Delivery Function support managing resources. This includes (not limited to) providing assistance with on-boarding new starters (requesting computer equipments, remote access tokens and first point of contacts), ensuring extensions of contractors, 3rd parties and consultants are processed timely and any other general team administration support

CORE TASK:

- Management of contractor resource admin - onboarding, offboarding, extensions, managing environment and equipment requests, access and security etc
- Managing the Renewal approval process
- Maintain Clarity and Workday (internal management systems) data
- Maintain Org charts
- Maintain Spreadsheet of new starts and access/kit
- Maintain External consultants contact emails
- Raise ad hoc requests in Service Catalogue

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

- Previous Admin support experience, with a bias towards resource management
- Working with multiple deadlines
- Good Interpersonal skills.
- Hands on doer who requires minimal direction
- Proactive approach to getting things done
