RESOURCE/CAPACITY PLANNER

£225 TO £270 PER DAY

We urgently need an experienced Resource/Capacity Planner for a Professional Services Organisation based in Birmingham City Centre.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Development of an organisational wide fit for purpose resource and workforce management tool.
- Develop a process for consistent workforce and capacity management across all departments.
- Understand the changing dynamics of the business to support with all aspects of resource planning and analysis.
- Production of management information reports for the leadership team to enable decisions around business prioritisation and demand to be made.
- Develop relationships with the leadership team across the organisation.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

- Proven experience of creating and managing capacity management tools.
- Proven experience of capacity/workforce reporting design and delivery.
- High-level understanding of workforce planning systems and processes.
- Proven statistical, investigative, creative problem solving, analysis and analytical skills.
- Ability to develop good working internal relationships with all levels of colleagues across the business.
- Highly developed stakeholder management.
- Able to adapt to changing requirements on short notice.
- Ability to perform under pressure and to work using own initiative, as well as part of a team.
- Advanced MS Excel.
