Hyphen are exclusively recruiting for a Resource Analyst to work a 6 month contract for a large utilities organisation based in Leicestershire.

The successful candidate will create and model workload forecasts and analyse performance against those forecasts, interpreting the data and initiating actions. You will also manage the creation of a variety of Management Information to support the Resource Management and Strategic Planning teams.

REQUIRED

- Resource analysis skills
- Advanced skills in Excel, Microsoft Office and Forecasting software
- Demonstrated expertise in forecasting and planning
- SAP Business Objects (preferred)
