Resource Analyst - S30

An opportunity has arisen for a Resource Analyst to work on a 12 month contract due to a huge demand of work. This role is to support the Resource Manager who's role is to manage the supply and demand of IT, Project and Business Resource within this Financial Services giant. If you are currently working in a resourcing function or a recruitment consultant looking for a next step into projects then this could be the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities: - - Working with internal stakeholders, Project & Program Managers to manage resource both internally and recruit resource externally
- Maintenance of current resource pool  and allocation to demand
- Liaising with external suppliers
- On boarding of new contract hire
- You must have excellent time management & organisational skills with strong skills in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- 1+years experience working in recruitment or resource management
- Knowledge of PMLC & SDLC
- 12 month contract up to $500 a day - travel required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to support senior managers
