Resource Analyst

Lorien's Retail Banking client is looking for an experienced Resource Analyst on an initial 6 month contract to be based onsite at their Central Edinburgh office.

Key requirements:
- To work directly with hiring managers & their deputies as single point of contact for recruitment of function(s) for both permanent and contract resource
- Ensure that resourcing activities are progressed on a timely basis (eg new roles, role updates)
- Work with (interim) leads to identify contingency resource requirements
- Liaising with Senior Resourcing Manager to manage end-to-end contractor resourcing process
- Create & escalate RAIDs
- Look for opportunities to drive out efficiencies and reduce effort for hiring managers
- Proactively monitor and review hiring and resourcing activities, outcomes to identify any synergies, savings which can be identified and look to make recommendations and implement improvements
- Hold regular meetings with hiring managers for function owned
