Resource Analyst

Resource Analyst required to join our Financial Services Client supporting a key strategic programme.
The contract will be based in London and will run for 6months.

Core responsibilities of this role will include:
* Supporting the Head of Resourcing and Resourcing Manager with all resourcing administration activity
* Manage the end to end recruitment administration for all roles.
* Status Reporting
* Providing resource management data for programme stakeholders
* Act as a key point of contact a within the programme and wider business
* Communication regarding resource changes
* Leavers, joiners and transfers
* Managing Property requirements for the programme

To be considered for this role, applicants should have the following skills
* Proven experience within an onboarding role (ideally within a large financial services organisation)
* Experience managing resources on a large complex programme
* Stakeholder Management
* Produce MI on resourcing activity as requested by the Resourcing Manager. Support the onboarding and off boarding of all new starters. Provide general support within the team
* Highly motivated, proactive with excellent attention to detail

Ideally you will have experience working within a central programme support function.
