Resource Analyst - HR/Resource Analyst

Reporting to the GIS Business Manager within the Resource Management Team, the job holder will support the delivery of resource management related activities across Global Information Security.

Key Skills Required:

- Provide expert advice and guidance to hiring managers on how best to proceed with new recruitment requests
- Resolve issues on complex recruitment cases and ensure that all recruitment activity remains within governance
- Proactively manage the overall headcount position by challenging all recruitment requests that are put forward, making sure that all options have been considered and that the right type of resources are being requested
- Produce resource management MI and other reports as directed.
- Highly proficient with Excel with the ability to produce large spreadsheet documentation
- Experience of working for a large blue chip organisation
- Ability to use O&T COO tools (eg SAP HR Portal and Workforce Planning Tool)
