One of the UK's leading pay-TV providers is looking for a Resource Administrator/Analyst to work as part of the Internal Operations team with the Technology Organisation

The Resource Administrator will work closely with the Resource Manager and technical area managers to ensure that the department manages a proactive, forward looking resource planning model and managers are enabled to deliver to agreed budgets.

The Resource Administrator will assist in on-boarding, tracking and managing perm, non-perm and Professional Services resources including "new starters" or "leavers" or "contract extensions", transfers etc. The Resource Analyst will ensure that the positions budgeted reconciles with actual resources on the ground, and we have an accurate picture on our status of vacancies and recruitment at any point in time.

The Resource Analyst will be responsible for data accuracy of headcount and related headcount budget information. Continual data checks to be put into place to ensure data on all systems are accurate. Weekly review of the Capex targets versus actuals, ensuring adequate communication with line manager on variance and implementation of resolution where possible.

Key Responsibilities
Headcount Budgeting

- Assist the Resource Manager to prepare the annual headcount budget and contribute to the overall budgeting process working to fulfil the requirements of directors and financial cycle
- Effectively track resourcing position and skills profile including keeping an accurate picture of new starters and leavers and contractor extensions within the group able to provide an accurate number at any given point
- Resource Utilization Analysis and creating proactive plans to mitigate the gaps (if any)
- Manage relationships with Operations Team as well as key technical managers and finance
- Provide input into training/recruitment plans based on projection of supply, demand and skills profile
- Working closely with Finance and Recruitment to ensure that data across the department reconciles and truly reflects the position in our teams and that we maintain an accurate picture on the status of our vacancies and recruitment
- Establish relationship, process and mechanism with Project Groups and Technical Managers to proactively forward plan and manage the supply and demand of resources in line with budget available
- Work closely with Talent Resourcing and Technical Managers to ensure the provisioning of suitably qualified and skilled resources to vacancies/contractor positions within the group

Data conciliation and auditing

- Frequent data checks to be put into place to ensure data on all systems is accurate and talks to each other

- Data management from various resourcing suppliers ensuring that our requirements are met whilst ensuring partner satisfaction

Compliance

- Maintain tight security and strict change control over sensitive information and be a guardian of the same
- Ensure all reports and data analysis dashboards are complete and accurate

Ad Hoc requirements - based on business needs

- Typically comprising of headcount budget data analysis

This is an initial 6 month contract based in West London.
