Resident Program Manager (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

-On-site support for program management at the supplier in Merbelsrod, Germany
-Managing and coordination of all tasks related to the development project at the supplier (e.g. development, failure analysis, verification)
-Representative at the supplier as resident program manager
-Reporting of the project status, project progress and project risks into the internal and external committees
-Coordination of sub project internal meetings
-Create, update and tracking of the sub-project timing and link to the other functions
-Planning of prototype parts and coordination with the component tests (design verification, product verification)
-Considering the requirement specifications
-Supporting the change management incl. the requested component engineers
-Quality support (supplier quality engineer for APQP and PSW/PPAP)

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Professional experience in program management in the automotive industry
-Strong competence in the structuring of work streams and a structured reporting method
-Experience in the design processes of electronic components desirable
-Team player and ability to work independently in a difficult environment, high assertiveness, excellent analytical ability
-English language skills according to the European reference level C1
-Good presentation skills
-Social and intercultural competence
-Thinking and problem resolution skills
-Knowledge of work methods for failure analyzing process (8D process)
-High self-motivation
