Resident Engineer Mechatronic, Automotive (m/f)

- Key Liaison between Customer and Tier 1 ensure efficient information flow
- Strong mechanical and electronic consultancy of customer engineering
- Support Customers’ validation and test activities
- Act as key technical liaison in order to optimize communication, data and document transfer as well as design processes
- Act as key technical liaison to other Customer departments / work groups: functional SW, diagnostic SW, HW and electronics, quality, lab testing, functional vehicle testing, field vehicle testing, vehicle diagnostics, vehicle wiring, styling
- Provide technical support and assistance to customer engineering and validation departments
- Participate to Customer / ITC Meetings (R&D and Project)
- Ensures that Customers’ and ITC development and validation processes are respected
- Support all activities necessary to manage the testing / validation of ITC product at the Customer as well as vehicle integration:
- Clarify Customer testing and validation planning and part requirements
- Co-ordinate the sample availability for test / validation activities (time / quantity)
- Support and ensure (SW/HW) bench, lab and vehicle testing at the Customer
- Provide ITC with test results
- Check the compliance of ITC product on-site, up-grade product (flash) and/or organize part replacement
- Compare customer complaints and/or requirements with program specifications. Ensure failure analysis of prototypes on-site
- Track response to Customer Complaints

- Finalized Engineering Studies (Mechanics or Electronics)
- Solid technical knowledge of mechatronic components
- SW background with knowledge of embedded systems
- Familiar with LIN-Bus
