Resident Engineer for JLR m/f

For an international automotive supplier I´m looking for a Resident Engineer for Jaguar Land Rover (m/f)
Start: ASAP
Location: Midlands (UK)
Duration: 6 month++

Job Description:
- Participate in package PMST's
- Coordinate the package of ECU(s)/Components
- Run regular PMST meetings, write minutes and follow-up action items identified
- Participate in the appropriate PMT/PMST meetings and act on action items received
- Define and administer eFDVS content based on FMC requirements
- Perform all tests identified in eFDVS
- Facilitate creation of electrical system FMEA
- Generation and update of commodity workplan
- Ensure correct parts are ordered and delivered on time
- Participate in compatibility reviews
- Generation of diagnostics part II specification and testing to the specification
- Generation of the component EMC test plan
- Testing of ECU(s)/Components on yellow-board (electrical distribution systemtest-board)
- Lead resolution effort on concerns and AIMs issues identified as being associated with the ECU(s)/Components
- Obtain approval for the implemented CAN physical layer
- Aid in the definition of CAN message list and perform CAN compliance testing
- Release of relevant ECU(s)/Components
- Generate and Release Engineering Specification
- Tracking of weight/cost/timing/recyclability status versus target
- Prototype build support and sign-off and concern resolution
- Training of prototype build staff
- Repair and maintenance of prototype vehicles
- Generation and maintenance of prototype vehicle/part level tracking database
- Definition of End-of-Line test and End-of-Line system configuration or calibration/alignment routines
- Obtaining manufacturing & service approval of manufacturing and servicing procedures
- Aid brand in generating owner literature, workshop manuals and dealer training literature
- Support brand in developing service diagnostic routines and repair procedures
