Resident Engineer

Resident Engineer - 6 Month Contract -West Midlands

I am urgently seeking a Resident Engineer for my automotive client based in the West Midlands.
The role is initially on a 6 month initial contract, working for a Tier 1 Automotive Supplier, specialising in interior and exterior trim, to be based on site at the customer.

The company themselves, are an ever growing presence within the automotive industry and the successful candidate will be the point of contact for several programmes and projects.

My client is looking for someone with the following experience:
*Validation and Testing
*Fault Finding
*Liaising with customer management/customer contact
*Reporting faults back and liaising with in house teams
*Customer Facing Experience
*Experience of working within a plant based environment
*Assembly/manufacturing experience
*Tier 1 Automotive Experience
*Plastics experience/knowledge would be desirable but not essential
*Experience of being the main point of contact on several programmes
