Key responsibilities of the Research Reporting Administrator will include:
- Accurately and timely process all related control reports
- Communicate effectively with internal and external departments
- General Administration tasks
- Distribution of mail and corporate actions information received by the department
- Prioritise daily tasks and work load to ensure completion of all items
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes/skills:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage high volumes
- Strong organisation skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Confident working in a team based environment
