WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- The Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics (DMPK) department is seeking a highly motivated individual who will be involved in coordination, execution, analysis, and report writing of pharmacokinetic studies.
- These studies will enable the selection of small molecule drug development candidates and provide detailed assessment of their pharmacokinetic characteristics.
- The individual will be involved in the following activities: Request pharmacokinetic and toxicokinetic studies using Genentech online system.
- Coordinate the studies with medicinal chemists, safety scientists, formulators, in vivo study scientists, bioanalytical chemists to ensure the studies are successful executed.
- Analyze pharmacokinetic data using WinNonlin.
- Report the PK results in Excel.
- Upload the PK results into Genentech database.
- Conduct in vitro recovery assay for rat brain microdialysis and other in vitro PK studies.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Good organization skills, communication skills, and flexibility are assets.
- Previous industry experience and familiarity with pharmacokinetic software such as WinNonlin is an asset.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- A BS/MS degree specializing in pharmacokinetics or other relevant fields with in pharmacokinetic data analysis experience.
